Getting Down to the Wire!!!!!!

The Fund-raising committee met tonight at the Volney VFD. Plans are firming up but we need some supplies and commitments!!!

We are aiming to sell 1,200 Chicken Dinners! We still need paper plates, to go boxes, pre-packaged silver wear sets, butter pats, butter and the very large cans on baked beans. We need to know what you can supply by the meeting on the 23rd.

We also need door prizes, raffle items, plants and cakes. If you have something to donate but can't attend the next meeting please leave a comment and we'll make arrangements to have your donation picked up.

We still need people to help cook and serve the dinners, set up, clean up and other jobs. If you can work please let us know!
